Forget everything you know about traditional soft serve. We use real ingredients to deliver a picture perfect swirl topped with handcrafted chocolate, candy sea glass, and spun-to-order “fog”. We’re quite literally flipping the average cone on its head.

This is where we churn things up a notch. Made from scratch in small batches, our Canadian-inspired creations and oh-so-creamy dairy-free sorbets feature a wide array of rotating flavours. Served in a cone or cup, will it be one scoop or two?

CHEF CORI OSBORNE
A lifelong baker and kid at heart, it’s fair to say Executive Pastry Chef Cori Osborne is sweet-obsessed. After studying Pastry Arts at George Brown College in Toronto and École National Supérieure de Pâtisserie in Yssingeaux, France, Chef Cori spent over a decade working in some of Canada’s top restaurants, pâtisseries and hotels before falling in love with the East Coast. Following many months of menu development and ideas-turned-test-batches, Chef Cori introduces The Fog Company — Halifax’s newest outpost for outrageously imaginative ice cream and confections in the heart of Queen’s Marque.
